Hello folks and welcome to another edition of The Bean Preview. Due to a combination of technical problems, tiredness and my 21st birthday, The Bean Preview was not published last week. It was just as well as I did rubbish in the predicting stakes!
There is some good news and bad news this week, depending on which way you look at it) The good news is that our friends at Totesport are giving you another opportunity to claim a free £50 bet. Those guys are too good to you!

The Addicks have seem to been rooted to the bottom of the Premier League since the dawn of time. Manchester City have been rather rubbish of late but got a result over Boro at Eastlands last Monday. Charlton can't win at all and City can't win away from home. I will make the easy choice of a draw.

Liverpool have been brilliant in the Champions League this season, but decisively dodgy in the league. Their home form is helping them tread water however. After a blistering start Reading have hit a tough patch after losing four games on the trot, which included a 4-3 defeat from today's opponents in the League Cup. Form dictates a home win.

United played a weakened team in midweek which resulted in a gash performance in the Danish capital. They will be looking to make up for it and smash Pompey. The South Coast team are still in the top four after an impressive start and a win today would make them only three points behind the leaders. United though will be too strong for Redknapp's team.

Watford are the only team in the Premiership yet to record a victory this season. Which is bad news for "typical Boro" as they always succumb to these types of facts. After the absolute ineptitude of the rocket scientist and a quantum physicist in recent weeks, I have decided to get Feng Shui guru Paul Darby to ask on his thoughts on this match. He said that there was negative energy being trapped in the corner flag of the left hand side of the Holte Stand which transcends the positive energy of Blackburn's Blue and White shirt which causes a cosmic clash in the Outer Hebrides.... well he went on and on and on and I am sure he said 1-1 somewhere in the conversation.
