CHELSEA v MIDDLESBROUGH BIG MATCH FACTS
Chelsea host Middlesbrough knowing that three points is essential to keep leaders Manchester United in their sights.
The Blues, who are nine points behind their tally at this same stage of last season's title winning campaign, play their last Premiership fixture of the month six points off the pace.
