Tunisia didn't do the business for me unfortunately but there have been some winners over the last couple of days and of course, plenty of movement in the second favourite series.
I've updated all of the summaries below and as you can see, we're still slightly down but with a bagful of free bets in the accounts which we will start to cash in when the second round matches start.
I debated long and hard over whether to back England yesterday but decided against it as it was just too big a potential banana skin. Instead I opted for the team who are solely responsible for the deficit in the 'dead-cert' series, Sweden.
There is a good chance that I wouldn't have betted at all yesterday but I got wind of a special from

So I put my fiver on Sweden and like England, they left it late to secure their win. But win they did and at odds of 4/5, I got a £4 profit.
Today, I have put £20 on Argentina to beat Serbia at
Coral, who have the best odds for that game and I will probably put money on Holland and Mexico as well. I expect the 'dead-cert' series to be almost at break even point in the next couple of days.
I haven't played any poker in the last couple of days but I almost certainly will either tonight or tomorrow.

I'm cheering for Argentina this afternoon and as I said earlier, probably Holland and Mexico later on today as well. I have also received a tip for a horse which I will back. It's called Flipando and it's running in the 4.20 at Nottingham today. The tip is from a trusted source - the same source who provided Tuesday's tip that turned out to be a winner.
