M1 CLOSED AFTER ARSENAL GAME

Fans travelling back north from Boro’s Barclays Premier League game with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium this weekend (KO 5.15pm) are advised that the M1 will be closed from 8pm on Saturday.

The road will not reopen until 2pm the following day. Supporters returning north after the game should take an alternative route home, with travel on the M11 or the A1 advisable.
