Freewebs Five-a-Side Tournament

I am trying to arrange a five-a-side tournament for fans of each club from the Premiership to League Two with the eventual finalists playing either two legs (one at your team's home ground and one at the other finalists) or a one-off final at a Premiership stadium.

For the opening round each team will be put into a group of four, (your four most local teams) where you will play each other once. Games must be held on a Monday to Sunday (one game a week).
The top two from each group will go into the next group stage of four groups. Once again making them as local as possible.
That will leave twenty four teams, of which eight randomly picked teams will receive a bye to the last sixteen. From this stage on games will become less and less local and players must be willing to travel. Then obliviously there will be left with two final teams who will battle out for the trophy.
Games can be played at any suitable five-a-side pitch whether that is an astro turf pitch, grass or an indoor facility. Games will be twenty five minutes each way and referred by a ref appointed from the home team. The subs will be role on role off, and at least two of the registered players must be under sixteen with at least one under sixteen being on the pitch all the match. The home team must also pay the fee for the facility in which they play in if that is required.
Teams must consist of at least five players and at most ten. All players must be season ticket holders for the club they are representing. Also all teams must be wearing their team's kit.
There will be a charge of £35 pound for each team who wishes to enter, but only one team of season ticket holders can represent their club so first come first served so hurry up and get your entries in.
