"I ON FOOTBALL" 5-3-08
This is the latest web TV programme that focusses on the North East's professional football teams.
Hosts Alastair Brownlee and former Middlesbrough favourite Craig Hignett are joined by former Newcastle United and Sunderland player Bob Moncur.
It was a particularly poignant edition of "I On... Football" as Bob talks candidly about his recent fight with cancer.
Bob's specialist told him that his type of cancer can be treated if detected early so it is important that if you think there is something wrong, to go and visit your doctor.
Alastair, Craig and Bob also focus on the battle to stay in the Premier League, with Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough all in the mire. There is also a strong focus on the state of Newcastle United under current manager Kevin Keegan.
The three also discuss Hartlepool's potential relegation from League One and Darlington's possible promotion to it.
